1. Where AI may be used
- Website copy suggestions, blog outlines, SEO suggestions, service summaries, content restructuring, and launch notes.
- Portal site assistant responses about public plans, pricing, support paths, referrals, and general portal guidance.
- Maintenance summaries, support classification, admin assistance, knowledge search, internal SOP search, report drafting, and AI request logging.
- Studio workflows such as website generation prompts, source file drafts, security report summaries, and project handover support.
2. AI output can be wrong
AI systems can misunderstand context, omit details, produce outdated information, produce biased or unsuitable wording, create code defects, misclassify support work, or generate statements that require fact-checking. AI output is not an accepted quote, approved scope, warranty, legal policy, final invoice, security certification, or professional opinion unless separately reviewed and approved by an authorised human.
3. Data handling
- AI features may process submitted text, business context, portal context, support notes, project data, knowledge-base snippets, and metadata through Cloudflare Workers AI, AI Gateway, Vectorize, and related portal infrastructure.
- AI request records may include feature name, model, gateway details, status, user ID where signed in, and metadata used for quality, debugging, audit, cost control, and abuse prevention.
- Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card details, highly sensitive personal information, production secrets, confidential third-party data, or regulated datasets into AI fields unless a secure handling process has been agreed in writing.
4. Customer responsibility
- You remain responsible for checking that content is accurate, lawful, current, original enough for your use, suitable for your industry, aligned with your brand, and compliant with your obligations.
- You should obtain professional advice for regulated claims, privacy notices, employment statements, financial statements, warranties, health or safety claims, tax/accounting material, legal contracts, accessibility obligations, and security compliance.
- If AI-assisted code or generated website files are used, they must be reviewed, tested, and maintained like any other digital work.
5. No outcome guarantees
AI-assisted work does not guarantee search rankings, conversions, sales, accessibility compliance, security compliance, platform approval, legal compliance, originality, or error-free output. We may revise, reject, limit, or disable AI-assisted features where they create quality, security, privacy, cost, or legal risk.
