Yes. If you already own a domain, we can usually configure the email service on that domain as long as the required access or DNS updates can be made.
Do you help with phones and Outlook?
Yes. Starter includes mobile access, Professional includes mobile setup assistance and Outlook setup assistance, and Enterprise includes mobile and Outlook setup.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. New Email Setup is a one-time fee of $29 NZD and includes account creation, DNS configuration, SPF setup, DKIM setup, routing verification, and initial testing.

Yes. Additional mailboxes can be added later as your business grows, so you do not need to commit to every user on day one.
