1. Excelin Web visual assets

Excelin Web logo files, locally stored sample mockups, brand graphics, site UI screenshots created by us, and public marketing graphics are owned by Excelin Web Limited unless otherwise stated.

2. Client and project assets

Client logos, screenshots, brand materials, product images, staff photos, business photos, website copy, and uploaded files remain the responsibility of the client or rights holder who supplies them. Clients must confirm they have permission for us to use those assets in the requested work.

3. Stock, editorial, and generated assets

  • Guide imagery, placeholder imagery, stock photography, icons, generated images, and third-party visual assets should be tracked with source, creator, licence, and page usage where practical.
  • Where a specific visible credit is required by a licence, the relevant page or asset notes should keep the matching attribution.
  • Generated or edited visuals should still be reviewed for brand fit, legal risk, likeness concerns, trademark concerns, and usage restrictions.

4. External legal reference links

Legal pages may link to public resources from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, Consumer Protection New Zealand, Department of Internal Affairs, Commerce Commission, or New Zealand Legislation. These are reference links only and do not imply endorsement.

5. Replacement guidance

When replacing any placeholder, guide, or promotional image, keep a note of the source, author, licence, and page where the asset appears. Update this record or the relevant project notes before publishing the replacement.
